- SCP-049 (Plague Doctor): SCP-049 is one of the leaders of the SCP-Kaijin. He is calm & collected and a cunning figure. He uses scalpel-tipped tentacles and works along side SCP-138 (The Ever-Living Man) as one of the commanders of their kind. He is also a "Pure" SCP-Kaijin, a creature that never started off as an SCP-030.
